The food was good, and the atmosphere was enjoyable as well. However, the service wasn’t as good as I expected. One waiter, in particular, got my family’s order wrong, and when I asked him for a blueberry lemonade, he never brought it. I find a lady Her name was Erica, and she was very kind and sweet and served us for the rest of my dinner. I ended up having to ask another waiter, who kindly brought it to me. Aside from that, the rest of the wait staff did a great job and were very attentive.

Surprisingly Winderful! Came with my wife for a weekend getaway and the food delivered 😍. Presentation was impressive. I had the steak center cut with parmesan fries (it hit the spot) my wife had the brick chicken, and theu were delicious. Our waiter (Alex) is very attentive. Give this man a raise please!!!! 💥 💯

Their server Dee has very great customer service & made my experience at sugar factory feel very welcoming with her bright smile & good energy. Had some GREAT recommendations from their menu as well, might I add. Definitely ask for her if you stop by there :)

What can I say they made my wife’s Mother’s Day the best and my 4 year old princes daughter the happiest. Erika is truly committed and was amazing with us and the food. Taken photos and giving us the best experience ever thank you

It was was so good that I went 2 times within 3 days. First time with one other person and alone the second. Each time I had the Baja Fish Tacos (the second time it came with fries) and the Baby Love Mimosa, which were amazing both times. The service is great even with how busy it can get. I would definitely return and recommend.
